Samantha Lau Art

Sam is a freelance artist, illustrator, and graphic designer based out of Hamilton, Ontario. She enjoys capturing nature scenes and painting pet portraits. She received classical art training through the Intensive Visual Arts program at Unionville High School, in Markham, Ontario. When she's not painting, Sam's day job is working as a Conservation Biologist and Researcher. She recently completed her masters at McMaster University, where her research focused on the effects of aquatic pollution in Hamilton Harbour, Ontario. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, hiking, hanging out with her foster pup, and tending to her many houseplants.
